Overall Responsibilities: The Specialty Leasing Coordinator supports the efficient administration and execution of specialty leasing transactions across Brixmor’s portfolio. The Coordinator manages deal information, prepares and tracks agreements, coordinates execution and post-execution distribution. The position reports to the Manager, Specialty Leasing. Key responsibilities: • Maintain specialty leasing transactions in Salesforce and department trackers, including key dates, economics, approvals, and supporting documents. • Coordinate deals through review and approval workflows, follow up on outstanding items, and keep stakeholders informed of status. • Prepare and revise agreements, amendments, renewals, termination notices, and related documents using approved templates and guidance. • Compare agreement terms with approved deal information, resolve routine discrepancies, and escalate questions when appropriate. • Coordinate DocuSign routing, monitor execution, and distribute completed agreements to the appropriate internal and external parties. • Complete post-execution processing, including Salesforce updates, reconciliation materials, payment documentation, and document submissions. • Review lease language, site plans, exclusives, restrictions, and related property information to identify issues that may affect a proposed transaction. • Gather and organize supporting information such as site plans, insurance documents, payment details, and tenant contact information. • Partner with Specialty Leasing representatives, Property Management, Lease Administration, Accounting, Legal, regional teams, and licensees to address questions and support a smooth handoff of completed transactions. • Maintain organized files, trackers, templates, and reference materials, and assist with forecasts, reports, process updates, team coverage, and special projects as needed. Qualifications: • An undergraduate degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years job-related experience-real estate experience preferred • Ability to work in a fast pace, high volume environment • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to professionally interact with property managers, vendors and tenants, in a multitude of situations • Excellent administrative skills including but not limited to systems, organization and prioritization • Sound time and project management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce and social media outlets Brixmor offers a hybrid work schedule (first three days of the week in the office, the balance remote optional), very competitive pay commensurate with background and responsibilities plus a benefits and perks package that supports career engagement, growth, good health and connection with teammates and our communities.
