Clean Harbors in La Porte, TX is seeking a Facility Coordinator to join our safety-conscious team. This position is responsible for coordinating a variety of administrative and operational functions within the facility, including receiving, shipping, payroll support, data entry, supply management, and general administrative duties. The Facility Coordinator will work closely with facility leadership and employees to help ensure accurate records, timely administrative support, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Work Schedule: • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM • Occasional Sunday work will be required based on business needs. • This position is required to work on Monday holidays, including holidays such as Memorial Day and Labor Day. What does it take to work for Clean Harbors? • High School Diploma or equivalent – required. • Previous administrative, clerical, facility coordination, shipping/receiving, or related experience – preferred. • Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications. • Strong data-entry and computer skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle administrative information with attention to detail. • Experience with UKG and WIN, or similar business systems is a plus. Physical Requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods. • Ability to speak, listen, stand, reach, carry, climb, walk, push and/or pull, stoop, crouch, grasp, and crawl as required. • Ability to lift to 50 pounds. • Near-vision acuity and ability to distinguish colors. • Ability to perform duties within an industrial facility environment.
