What this job involves: As a Facilities Gowning Coordinator at JLL, you'll be the operational backbone of our client's workplace, ensuring every detail of the facility runs seamlessly day in and day out. This role goes beyond basic coordination — you'll be a trusted partner to Site and Facility Managers, actively supporting maintenance operations, vendor oversight, gowning stocking, and client relationship management. You'll conduct daily walkthroughs, respond to work orders with urgency and care, and proactively identify opportunities to elevate service excellence. What your day-to-day will look like: • Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to ensure a clean, organized, and fully functional workplace environment while identifying opportunities for operational improvements • Supervise daily gowning room operations and ensure adequate stock levels of garments, protective equipment, and consumables • Coordinate and monitor the gowning vendor team to ensure proper execution of daily operations, provide oversight of gowning procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards while ensuring task completion meets facility requirements • Conduct regular performance reviews with vendor representatives, address performance gaps, and work collaboratively to maintain high standards of accountability, safety, and attention to detail • Assist with facility inspections and quality audits to ensure service levels meet established standards, participate in vendor performance evaluations, respond to facility-related inquiries from building occupants, and support space planning and move coordination as needed • Monitor vendor performance against contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs), ensure contract adherence through regular reviews and documentation of service delivery, and process and verify invoices for accuracy and receipt of services • Assist with Corrigo CMMS implementation including system setup, data migration, and user training, while creating, tracking, and managing work orders to ensure timely completion and following up on pending or overdue items • Generate reports on work order metrics, response times, and completion rates, analyze vendor performance data through Corrigo to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and vendor services in the system • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery of services while overseeing vendor performance and tracking service level agreements Required qualifications: • HS diploma or GED • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related operational fields • Superior customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure, fast-paced environments • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing competing priorities and rapidly evolving client needs • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn computerized maintenance management systems • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible with strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Preferred qualifications: • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Maximo, Corrigo, or similar platforms • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities operations, and vendor management for specialized services • Experience managing workplace amenities, coordinating events, and supporting office moves or reconfigurations Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM Potential over time Location: Bloomington, IN This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
