Lead the full project lifecycle—from feasibility analysis and design coordination to bid preparation, construction oversight and - while ensuring compliance with all internal, regulatory, and international‑trade requirements. Learn more about Lockheed Martin's comprehensive benefits package Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience or a Master's Degree with 3+ years professional experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an industrial setting Proven track record of successfully managing projects from procurement to installation Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices Proven experience in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and AutoCAD. Experience in leading a team, as well as the proven ability to work effectively within a team environment. U.S Citizenship Required Desired Skills Construction Management degree preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with the ability to present to internal and external customers within LM. Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with management, employees and customers, and interface with various departments. Possess strong adaptability skills including the ability to handle multiple tasks. Willing to work in a creative, fast-paced atmosphere and as a team player. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. $118,000.00 - $219,100.00
