Facilities Coordinator-JLL What this job involves: As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our Facilities Management team, ensuring seamless coordination across all aspects of facility operations. This role places you at the center of communication between Facilities Management, Engineering, service partners, vendors, and client stakeholders—empowering you to thrive as you manage work orders, track facility requests, and support the delivery of exceptional workplace experiences. You'll maintain the critical documentation, inspections, and operational activities that keep diverse and technically complex facilities running smoothly and safely. What your day-to-day will look like: • Coordinate facility service requests and work orders through completion, serving as the primary coordination point between Facilities, Engineering, vendors, and client stakeholders • Administer CMMS platforms (including Corrigo) by creating, monitoring, updating, and tracking work orders while ensuring timely closure and accurate documentation • Support facility walkthroughs and inspections, documenting deficiencies, observations, and required corrective actions while tracking follow-up activities through resolution • Coordinate vendor and service provider activities including scheduling, site access, performance monitoring, and escalation of service deficiencies or quality concerns • Maintain operational documentation including work order trackers, inspection records, action-item logs, safety compliance materials, and meeting preparation • Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices while validating that services have been completed and maintaining records supporting facility expenditures • Provide responsive support to building occupants and client stakeholders, communicating status updates and coordinating resolution of facility-related concerns while maintaining a customer-service approach Required qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, workplace services, or operations coordination • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track commitments, and escalate issues appropriately • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate effectively across Facilities, Engineering, vendors, service providers, and client stakeholders • Experience supporting vendor coordination, service quality monitoring, and maintaining accurate operational records and documentation • Commitment to safety protocols with ability to identify and escalate facility deficiencies, hazards, or operational risks to appropriate leadership Preferred qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction, Operations, or related field • Proficiency with CMMS platforms (Corrigo or similar work order management systems) and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams • Experience supporting large commercial, corporate, industrial, technology, laboratory, or similarly complex facility environments • Knowledge of preventive maintenance coordination, facility inspections, and compliance documentation requirements • Experience with invoice validation, purchase order processing, and administrative support for facility budgets and vendor expenses • Familiarity with emergency preparedness activities, safety inspections, and audit documentation processes Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM Location: Oklahoma City, OK This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
